A-no-na

This frequent phrase of Libby's was finally deciphered...I know it! No really that is what she is saying, I know it. I heard myself saying that phrase and realized she is mimicking me.
I know it!

God Bless her as she learns to pray and talk to Jesus, our friend.

Summer Fun

Teenie Weenie Polka Dot Tankinni!
Libby enjoys the summer sun.
She enjoys popcycles on the front porch.
It reach record temperatures this summer. Good thing Libby has a purple elephant pool and water table to cool off in the back yard. Thank you GiGi and Grammy! Happy Summer 2011!

Shoulders

The shoulder shrug is so cute it melts your heart. You know the truly innocent sweet faced toddler sits in the backseat of the car and shrugs her cute little shoulders. Then we melt at her cuteness, which over looks the snot running from her nose because she says, "Naw No" every time we try to blow her nose.

The next thing we are teaching her with her shoulders is to point to them. Head, Shoulders, Knees & Toes. Libby knows where her head and toes are so we are half way there.

Have.....You Ever Gone Fishin?

On a bright and sunny day,
with all the little fishies swimming up and down the bay,
with your hands in your pockets
and your pockets in your pants
and all the little fishies doing the fishy fishy dance...
Tralalalala, tralala.....
With your hands in your pockets and your pockets in your pants and all the fishies doin the fishy fishy dance.

That song brings a smile to her face any time and any where. (Thanks for teaching that song to Mommy, Aunt Nana!) So when she really went fishing with Daddy, Grammy, Grandpa and the Norris family she was dancing the tralalalas with excitement.
Abbie caught the first fish and mommy considered purchasing a disney princess fishing pole at the Army Surplus store in Denver so Libby could catch her own fish. Maybe when she is old enough to touch those slimy things herself.
